Steve’s upbringing immersed him in a family environment deeply rooted in real estate expertise, where he gained valuable insights and experiences in the successful development of multifamily and residential subdivision projects across Southeast Wisconsin. Within his own practice, spanning over 8 years, in industrial brokerage, sales, and leasing, Steve has established himself as an experienced expert in the commercial real estate industry, winning Deal of the Year in 2019. His specialization extends over manufacturing, land acquisition and disposition, investment sales, and value-add transactions. He has a passion for extracting maximum value for his clients with relentless dedication. In 2024 Steve was elected Waukesha County Supervisor.
