Sarah is a Transaction Manager on Capital Markets teams at Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke. She develops brokers’ opinions of values, marketing sheets, offering memorandums, and client presentations to effectively promote properties. Sarah also oversees the entire transaction process, coordinating with clients, title companies, and financial institutions to ensure smooth and successful deals. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, she has assisted in completing transactions totaling over $149,800,000.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah worked at Mid-America Real Estate as a Marketing Assistant and Client Services Coordinator where she oversaw their marketing functions, served as a primary point of contact to clients, and facilitated new hire onboarding. She also has experience at firms such as Target Corporation and Colliers | Minnesota.
Sarah holds a Batchlor of Arts in Organizational Communication and a Minor in global studies from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
