BACKGROUND & OVERVIEW
Nick joined Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke in 2015 as a Senior Research Analyst assisting all brokerage services with in-house research, market analysis, and site selection. Prior to joining the firm, Nick was involved in commercial real estate valuation where he analyzed over 600 commercial properties across the State of Wisconsin annually. Due to his high-volume of industrial real estate closed transactions, Nick was recognized as the CARW Deal of the Year Winner (Industrial Category) in both 2019 and 2020. Nick was also a 4-year letter winner on the University of Pennsylvania Soccer Team.
