BACKGROUND & OVERVIEW
Jim Cavanaugh is a partner at the Boerke Company with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in the greater Milwaukee office market. With expertise in both tenant and landlord representation, he understands the perspective of both sides of the table when representing clients. Jim has extensive experience working with local developers on ground up office projects for both single tenant and multi-tenant buildings downtown and in the suburbs with a detailed understanding of the economics, time frames, and challenges involved in the development process.
As a lifelong Milwaukee area resident, Jim has been an integral part of the leasing and/or sale of many of Milwaukee’s marquee office projects, including Schlitz Park, the US Bank Center, 411 E Wisconsin Ave, 330 E Kilbourn Ave and Chase Tower.
