Since joining Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke in 1990, Jack has focused on engaging with Clients to satisfy their commercial real estate needs including investment, office, and industrial, with an emphasis on healthcare transactions. Price focuses on providing strategic market information to Clients, several of them for over 25 years, consistently negotiating to ensure the best solution for their various requirements. Jack provides assurance to the Client of the best options available.
Price has worked primarily as a tenant/buyer advocate, assembling over 1,000 acres across industrial, health care, office and capital market sectors. Sale and lease transactions for his Clients are in excess of 10 million square feet. Price demonstrates a proven expertise in navigating the political entitlement process, from rezoning to Development Agreements, as well as Tax Incremental Financing (TIF). Price consistently adds value through his process-based negotiation style, designed to be in sync with the goals of the Client. Investment sales experience includes packages ranging from $2 million, up to $430 million. Price has experience with municipalities in Wisconsin from Kenosha to Marinette, Madison, Eau Claire, and Marathon County.
