We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke Summer 2025 EDGE Internship Program. This dynamic program, spanning 11 weeks starting in May, is designed to offer a comprehensive introduction to the multifaceted commercial real estate industry.

Commercial Real Estate Intern 

Overview: 

The Commerical Real Estate Internship at Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke is an immersive experience designed to provide students with hands-on exposure to the fast-paced world of CRE brokerage. Interns will acquire significant exposure and expertise in the extensive realm of commercial real estate leasing and sales brokerage. They will gain knowledge across various asset classes and collaborate closely with a dedicated brokerage team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist brokers with market research and analysis. 

• Support the development of client presentations and marketing materials. 

• Conduct property searches and prepare comparative market analyses. 

• Attend property tours, client meetings, and industry events. 

• Participate in training sessions and site visits to gain industry insights. 

• Contribute to transaction management by helping track deal progress. 

• Conduct market research and compile real estate data to support brokers and clients. 

• Analyze economic trends and property data to generate market insights. 

• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, social media content, and reports. 

• Maintain and update internal databases with current market information. 

• Support the planning and execution of company events and networking opportunities. 

Qualifications: 

• Current undergraduate student majoring in commercial real estate, finance, business, marketing, or a related field. 

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks individually. 

• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
