Caitlin Wilde is the Industrial Operations & Marketing Manager on the Hoffman/Vande Zande/Unger Team | Milwaukee & the Fulford/Saleh Team | Madison at Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke. As the primary coordinator of their team, her responsibilities pertain to overseeing the listing process, creating marketing materials, brochures, and promotional materials. She also takes charge of organizing broker open houses and all other team events. Additionally, she maintains organized client databases, utilizes CRM systems and technology tools to oversee client interactions and track property listings. Her role involves coordinating the creation of detailed property reports, financial analyses, and forecasting market trends for the team to empower clients in ensuring they are well-informed about market trends, property updates, and pertinent industry developments to make successful real estate decisions. By closely collaborating with the team, she ensures a seamless client service experience while contributing actively to the achievement of the team objectives.

Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Mount Mary University. She resides in Sussex with her husband, two sons and a black lab. In her free time, she enjoys doing anything outdoors with her family, traveling to Door County, and finding the best coffee wherever she may be!
